Using this website means accepting what follows.
1. Purpose
These pages describe Marivane Retreat. This is not a booking engine, it never processes money, and nothing on it forms a contract by itself.
2. Confirmations
A stay exists only once we have written to you with dates, the room, and the full total, and you have accepted that in writing.
3. Changes and cancellation
The usual window is forty-eight hours; on busy weekends it is seventy-two. Whatever applies to your dates is written into your confirmation before you commit.
4. The gaming room
Entry is optional, restricted to guests aged eighteen and over, and requires photographic identification every time. No gambling of any kind takes place through this website.
5. Accuracy
Hours, menus, and opening times change with the season. We correct these pages when they drift, but please confirm anything time-critical by email before you travel.
