What this website does
It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The enquiry form opens your own email program and stores nothing here. We never see a message unless you choose to send it.
When you write to us
We keep your name, contact details, dates, and requests so that we can answer you and host your stay. Those records stay with the retreat and are never sold or passed to advertisers.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that do not become a stay are deleted within twelve months. Records tied to an actual visit are kept for the period our accountants require, and no longer.
Asking us
Write to guest services to see what we hold, correct it, or have it removed.
