A compact, optional casino lounge for adults who want a measured evening without leaving the cliff. This page sets out what is offered, when it opens, how entry works, and how the room stays separate from the rest of the stay.
One room with a clear purpose
The gaming room sits at the end of the lower terrace with its own door to the outside. Capacity is about thirty-six guests. There is no stage, no amplified announcement, and no nightclub programme attached to it. The intention is a quieter alternative to the larger casino venues at the harbour end of the bay.
Casino entertainment here is never bundled with a suite, a dinner, or a bathhouse afternoon. Walking in does not change your rate and walking past it costs you nothing. Guests routinely spend an entire casino vacation using Marivane only for sleep, breakfast, and salt water.

Tables and terminals
Three staffed tables and a short bank of electronic terminals. Rules and limits are posted at every position, and floor staff will walk through the sequence of play before anyone commits a stake.

Entry and identification
Every visitor must be eighteen or older and present valid government photographic identification. That check happens at every entry, including for registered guests we have known for years. A room key never replaces identification, and minors are not admitted under any circumstance.
- Passport, driving licence, or another accepted government photo document.
- Entry may be refused at capacity or where a guest appears intoxicated.
- Dress is smart casual; no jacket is required.
- Photography is not permitted anywhere on the casino floor.
- The bar closes at 00:30 and the room empties shortly after.
The harbour end of the bay
Nine minutes below sits a compact casino district with larger rooms, later hours, and a broader table selection. Guest relations can give you walking times and call a car, but receives nothing for naming any operator and holds no interest in any of them.
For casino weekend travel, settle the finish time and the budget before you leave the suite. Casino trips are logistics before they are anything else: identification in your pocket, a route home, and money already set aside for leisure.
Every venue on the front is separately licensed and independently run. Marivane Retreat does not operate those tables, take a commission, or sell entry to them.

Casino entertainment carries financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed. Set limits of both time and money before you go in. Never borrow to continue and never chase a loss. Ask the desk to bar you from the room for the remainder of your stay and it is done immediately, quietly, and without a discussion.
